The “Harley Quinn” team gave fans a very quick tease of Season 3 during the DC FanDome event. It was announced that the third season will be premiering sometime in 2022 on HBO Max.

While there was no finished footage to present, fans still got to see multiple animatics from the new season. The first saw Harley (voiced by Kaley Cuoco) and Poison Ivy (voiced by Lake Bell) embarking on what they dub the “Eat, Bang, Kill” tour of Gotham City.

There are also quick looks at characters like King Shark, Clayface, Jim Gordon, and Dr. Psycho, as well as new characters, including one who appears to be Swamp Thing. Bane also makes an appearance, declaring he has come for revenge against Harley’s gang. And what “Harley Quinn” content would be complete without an appearance by Kite Man?

The DC FanDome 2021 event will be taking place virtually on Saturday, October 16th beginning at 10 am PT/12pm CT and will feature Harley Quinn. The event will be available to stream on DCFanDome.com, as well as (for the first time) Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.

Kaley Cuoco was interviewed by USA Today to discuss her roles in The Flight Attendant and voicing Harley Quinn in the new animated series. Check an excerpt below:

“It’s been wonderful (and) totally career changing,” she said of her dual role as first-time executive producer and star of HBO Max’s “The Flight Attendant” (due this fall) during a virtual Television Critics Association panel Wednesday.

Cuoco, 34, who said she loved her time playing Penny on the CBS hit “Big Bang,” sounds equally pleased with voicing the title character of the animated “Harley Quinn” on the DC Universe streaming service last November.

“I had no idea it was going to be as insane and raunchy as it has become. I’m even shocked half the the time at the stuff I say, but that has been this enjoyable (experience) that started as a little side gig and turned into something more,” she said.
