Kaley Lands Major Role

The Hollywood Reporter states that Kaley Cuoco, who has starred in the CBS hit sitcom since its inception, will join James Marsden in Illumination Entertainment and Universal Pictures I Hop, a live action/CG comedy in the vein of Alvin and the Chipmunks.
It should be no surprise, then, that Tim Hill, who directed similar films including 20th Century Fox's Garfield: A Tale of Two Kitties and Alvin, will helm the picture which centers on an out-of-work slacker (Marsden) who accidentally injures the son of the Easter Bunny (voiced by Russell Brand) and must take him in as he recovers.
Cuoco will play Marsden's sister, who allows Marsden to live with her when he gets kicked out by his parents, and finds herself dealing with the injured heir to the Easter Bunny throne. The 24 year old actress has appeared in several indie movies, but this will mark her first major motion picture.
Though the hybrid comedy format is getting a little worn out, a fresh face on film like Cuoco, who oozes charisma, will be a sight for sore eyes.

If you're a spoiler-phobe and, therefore, not interested in knowing if Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) are about to hit the skids, click elsewhere because Korbi TV has just returned from the Warner Bros. set of "The Big Bang Theory" where we got the answer directly from the mouths of Mr. Galecki and Ms. Cuoco.
"Oh, [their relationship] must end at some point," Cuoco shared. "And, yes, [there are] troubles ahead. Things are a little funky right now. I think Penny's having more of a struggle at this point, I think she's a little unsure of what she wants and I think the minute she loses Leonard, she's going to regret it for a long time. It's going to be tough... she's starting to really realize that maybe [Leonard] is the one. But not right now. I think she has her own baggage [to deal with]. Kaley wants Kudrow on Big Bang

Yo, Lisa Kudrow, you got some extra time on your hands? To guest star on one of TV's highest-rated sitcoms?
Because the cast of "The Big Bang Theory" seems really into the idea of having you.
On set this Monday, four of the five main cast members -- each in their own separate interviews -- named Kudrow as the perfect candidate to portray Penny's mom.
"Every week we hear something whacked about Penny's family," Kaley Cuoco said of her character. "She has this weird family and I've been waiting for the episode [in which we meet them]. My ideal mother would be Lisa Kudrow. I just think she should play my mother. I have this idea that she had me when she was really young."

Wil Wheaton is reprising the role of himself, or well Evil Wil Wheaton, on the Big Bang Theory. In case you forgot who he is, enjoy this clip.
They are currently filming the episode now, and he made a podcast where he talks about going to set and just some fun Big Bang Theory stuff. John Ritter Told Kaley Never To Go On Howard Stern

Even though Kaley Cuoco currently stars as Penny on CBS’s The Big Bang Theory, she’ll always hold her memories from staring on 8 Simple Rules. with John Ritter, close to her heart.
John, Kaley’s former co-star on the show, died of a sudden heart attack in September 2007. But before he passed, John passed on some wonderful words of wisdom to Kaley — “He told me ‘Never go on Howard Stern,” the actress told Maxim magazine.
“When 8 Simple Rules came out, my character was this sexy 16-year-old vixen, and Howard used to talk about how my character was so hot. John would get so upset!”
Even though the sexy starlet didn’t mind the banter, still followed her TV dad’s wishes. ”If John Ritter had a problem, then I have to respect it.”
Kaley also says she tries to incoporate John’s upbeat attitude into her acting. “John never did a take the same way twice,” she said. “That’s why the audience was always peeing laughing. It was the most fun working with him, and I vowed that every set I was working on would be that fun.”
